If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us the courtesy of 48 hours’ notice so that we may reschedule with another guest waiting for your spot. We understand emergencies come up that you cannot foresee, and therefore we do not charge a cancellation fee, nor require a credit card to make a reservation. However, in the event you no show for an appointment, in order to make another appointment a credit card will be collected to keep on file. After that if you no show for any future appointments you will be charged the full cost of the services booked. Repeat cancellations or reschedules without proper notice, are handled individually, but could result in a 50% non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.
